  • Our clientele come from a wide range of industries both Japanese and foreign based companies.You can find almost any type of business model among our members.
  • What is your privacy policy?
  • Our privacy policy is simple. We will never share your personal and company information or confidential details with anyone.
    We also among members refrain from discussing your business.
  • How long is the minimum rental agreement?
  • The minimum rental agreement is one month.
  • What is your termination policy?
  • Our termination policy at Ginza Business Center is minimum One month prior notice.
    *Please note* The termination is always carried out on the last day of the month.
  • Why do you charge a membership fee?
  • Most office rental companies in Japan charge very expensive fees such as Key Money, Deposit, Agent Fee, Insurance and Join Fee.
    At Ginza Business Center we charge only one low-cost Membership Fee one time.
    The cost of joining Ginza Business Center is lower than that of other support office companies of the same high standing in Japan.
  • Do you have rooms that can accommodate larger groups of people?
  • Yes, we have rooms that can accommodate up to 16 people and several rooms for up to 8 or 10 people.
    You can use these rooms for conferences,meetings,training sessions,board meetings,etc.
  • What type of conference equipment does Ginza Business Center have?
  • Ginza Business Center has copyboards, PC projector, Liquid crystal display.
  • Why should I invest in a separate business address when I can work from my hotel room or a cafe?
  • In Japan having a separate business address is critical as far as establishing credibility in the business community, also for security reasons it is a necessary and negligible expense.
  • Are your facilities modern and clean?
  • Ginza Business Center's facility is an executive level, high class business environment. Every room is furnished with new boardroom style furniture. Our lounge style waiting area is furnished with world famous Cassina leather sofas.
  • How many people can use the membership?
  • You can register and authorize up to 5 staff(One primary user and 4 secondary users) under one membership at no extra charge. Ginza Business Center is the only company that provides this level of service.
  • How soon can I use Ginza Business Center after signing the rental agreement?
  • You can use the facilities immediately upon membership approval.
  • How do I reserve a room?
  • Every member can reserve their room by e-mail, telephone and at the reception counter.
  • Are there always available rooms at Ginza Business Center?
  • We have available rooms everyday. Please specify in your room request your preferred room type and time of use.
  • Is Ginza a convenient place to establish my business in Tokyo?
  • Ginza is located in the center of Tokyo and is the most prestigious area in all Japan.
    Ginza is convenient from anywhere in Tokyo by train or car and is very convenient to both Narita and Haneda airports.
  • How do you calculate monthly billing charges for room usage?
  • At Ginza Business Center we use a point system.
    First we calculate total monthly usage based on actual usage time rounding off to the nearest 5 minute interval.
    Then we calculate total billable points based on our point system.
    Every Ginza Business Center membership includes 20 points per month.
    For all usage over 20 points we calculate in 0.25 point increments always rounding down to the lowest 0.25 point(15 minute increment),this is one of our many customer friendly policies.
